I contacted her and gave her the exact design and she was ready and excited to execute my idea. Since I was 8 months pregnant at that point and driving to see her downtown Toronto was not something I can do, she offered to show me and send me photos and videos, and keep me informed every step of the process. She was very patient and kind. She made sure to deliver the ring a few days before my due date and she met me at a location closer to me so I don't have to go far. I gave her the ring for re-sizing a month later and she still met me for pick up and delivery at the same location so I don't have to drive far being a new mom going through recovery. Thank you so much Anita, you have created a special piece that will be passed down for generations to come. You will always be remembered and cherished. After some time when I was ready to make it, she communicated very well and provided frequent updates on each step throughout the whole process. She provided pictures of the main center stone, she provided price breakdowns when asked and she was extremely efficient to show the renders of the design. Anita was even understanding with the price and was willing to help me out a little to when asked. If all of this did not scream tremendous service, to top it off, she drove over an hour, because her office is in Toronto and I’m in another city, to deliver the ring to me. On delivery she went over all the information required and left me having no questions because she was so thorough.
